Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are equipped with a 48-megapixel main camera. Therefore, now the images recorded in ProRAW format have a much larger volume. Now it is known that each of the images registered in this format needs 70-80 MB (or even more) free space for storage. This figure is about 3 times more compared to the flagships of the previous generation of Apple with 12 megapixel sensors.
As you can see in the picture below; The photo recorded by iPhone 14 Pro has a resolution of 8064 x 6048 pixels and its size is 80.4 MB. At the same time, it is still not possible to comment with certainty about the volume of videos recorded in ProRes format in the new Apple iPhones. But the volume of these videos in previous iPhone models was quite impressive.
