The battery capacity of Apple iPhone 14 series phones has been announced

Apple’s new iPhone 14 series has the same overall design and dimensions as the iPhone 13 family models (the dimensions of the new handsets have been reduced by only a fraction of a millimeter). Therefore, the almost similar battery capacity in this year’s and last year’s Apple iPhones is not surprising.

Meanwhile, although there are minor differences; But this issue probably will not cause a significant change in the battery charging time of the handsets. The different phenomenon this year is that now 2 models named iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Plus are equipped with large batteries. The battery of these handsets is slightly smaller compared to the iPhone 13 Pro Max. But the difference is still very small.

The batteries used in iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro are only a few percent larger compared to their previous generation models. As last year, the standard model has a higher battery capacity than the Pro model. But this year’s handsets use different chips and of course different screens. It will be interesting to compare the battery charging of these gadgets.

Apple claims that the iPhone 14 Plus has the best battery life among all iPhone models to date. Also, despite using the new feature of the always-on display, the Pro models promise to charge for a full day.

In terms of charging capabilities, Apple has not mentioned any specific numbers. But documents filed with regulatory agencies show nothing has changed. According to the 3C list, one of the models has a power of 29 watts (14.5 volts and 2 amps) and this power is practically the same as the iPhone 13 Pro Max. The charging capacity of this handset has been unofficially announced as 27 watts.
