Since the release of Apple’s iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, users of these handsets have pointed out various problems seen in their gadgets. Most of these problems have software roots and some of them have been fixed before.
MyDrivers website reports that now iPhone 14 Pro users have encountered a problem that was previously unknown. In this regard, some users have claimed in reports that their iPhone 14 Pro phone restarts intermittently without any specific reason while charging through MagSafe or Lightning port.
Also, according to some evidence, the iPhone 14 Pro Max with iOS 16.0.1 operating system reboots suddenly every 10 to 20 minutes during the charging process. However, this situation is not unique to a specific version of the iOS operating system; Because this problem can be seen in newer versions such as iOS 16.0.2 or the beta version of iOS 16.1.
Currently, Apple has refused to make any official comments about this problem. However, users have found that disabling the background update of apps is the only emergency solution to fix the problem at this point.
