Samsung officially unveiled the durable smartphone Galaxy Xcover 6 Pro in July this year. Now it is expected that the Korean brand will unveil its new rugged tablet named Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro.
Now we are in August and this tablet has not been introduced yet; But until its unveiling, there is probably not much time left. Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro has received several certifications including Bluetooth SIG, Google Play List and Google Play Console and has revealed some of its specifications. Samsung’s new rugged tablet will be equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G chip.
2 different model numbers including SM-T636B and SM-T636N can be seen in the mentioned certificates. It seems that one of these models only has Wi-Fi connection and the other one supports LTE and 5G connection. Also, Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro has received Bluetooth certification and will use Bluetooth 5.2 connection.
Also, according to the list information, this gadget is equipped with 4 GB of RAM and will probably be launched with multiple memory configurations. Meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 will be available to buyers with only one configuration. The new tablet is equipped with a screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16:10. Such a display looks quite standard for a tablet. Also, this tablet will be equipped with Android 12L operating system. This operating system is optimized for use on devices with large screens, including tablets (the presence of the letter L in the name of the said platform also refers to this).
