Poco is looking to launch the rebranded Redmi Note 10S model in the global market

Redmi and Poco are very interested in rebranding and releasing similar handsets with different names, and this game will definitely not stop in the near future. In fact, Poco is probably preparing to rebrand another device with the name Redmi Note 10S; A gadget that was launched earlier in 2021. More than a year after the introduction of the handset, it is a bit late for the launch of its rebranded model. However, the FCC documents also refer to this issue.

Based on the certificate previously issued for the Redmi Note 10S, Poco has submitted a request for certification to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). These two handsets have the same features and differ only in some details. As you can see in the image below; Redmi Note 10S with model number M2101K7BNY was running the MIUI 12 user interface at the time of receiving the confirmation; While the upcoming Poco smartphone will run MIUI 13. This issue is completely understandable after a year.

In addition, the Poco handset has the same memory configuration as the Redmi smartphone, and its model will be equipped with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory. However, this gadget with 2 new configurations of 4.64 and 4.128 GB, which were not available for Redmi handset before; will be launched on the market. In addition, the new Poco smartphone will be available in a new blue version.

Redmi Note 10S will be equipped with a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. The processing power of this smartphone is provided by Helio G95 chip made by Mediatek company and the 5000 mAh battery embedded in it supports 33W fast charging technology.

The quad rear camera setup in this handset hosts a 64-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 2-megapixel macro module and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. A 13-megapixel selfie camera is also installed on the front panel of the device.

Poco’s future smartphone will probably benefit from all the above facilities. According to the hardware used in this handset, we can guess that we will be dealing with a member of the Poco M or Poco C family. Considering that this handset has received FCC certification, we will probably see its official unveiling in the not too distant future.
