Nokia PureBook Fold, like the PureBook Lite model, is equipped with a 14-inch screen; While PureBook Pro uses a 15.6-inch screen. The processing power of the Fold and Lite models is provided by the Pentium Silver N6000 processor; While Nokia has used Intel Core i3 1220P processor for the PureBook Pro model.
Using a weaker chip means cheaper pricing than Intel’s Core i3 processor. Compared to AMD Ryzen 5000, Core i3 is a more powerful chip and is used in slim and affordable laptops. This chip is functionally close to Core i7 processors.
All 3 laptops are equipped with IPS screens with full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and 60 Hz refresh rate. The maximum brightness of the screens is also equal to 250 nits. Also, Nokia PureBook Fold is equipped with a touch screen. Nokia PureBook series supports Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi 5 connectivity. Also, these laptops come with two USB-C 3.2 ports, one USB-A 3.2 port and a 3.5 mm audio jack for headphones. 8 GB of RAM memory, fingerprint scanner to improve security capabilities and the possibility of upgrading the storage space are other features of the new PureBook series laptops.
PureBook Fold and PureBook Lite models are equipped with internal SSD memory with a capacity of 128 GB; While PureBook Pro is launched with 512 GB SSD memory. The weight of Nokia PureBook Lite is 1.47 kg; While this figure for PureBook Fold and PureBook Pro is equal to 2.5 and 2 kg, respectively. The Pro model is equipped with a 2 megapixel camera and an aluminum frame on the top. In contrast, the smaller models are equipped with a 1-megapixel camera and a plastic frame.
The new 15.6-inch Nokia laptop has a backlit keyboard and its 57 watt-hour battery supports 65-watt charging technology. On the other hand, Lite and Fold models are equipped with a 38 Wh battery with a 44 W charging adapter. 14-inch models will have a charge of up to 8 hours with a full battery charge. Nokia PureBook series laptops come with Windows 11 operating system by default. Also, the Pro model is equipped with 4 speakers and smaller laptops have 2 speakers.
Although the release of new Nokia laptops in the French market has been confirmed this month; But the full details about the release time of these products are still in the aura of ambiguity. Also, until this moment, OffGlobal has refused to give details about the pricing of new Nokia laptops.
