The Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro do not have Google apps or Services by default, but it can be installed on a new Huawei flagship by a specific method.
After waiting for a long time, the Huawei Mate-30 Pro was finally unveiled a few days ago. One of the most important things about the new Huawei flagship is its lack of use of Google apps and services due to recent US sanctions. The lack of Mate family phones from Google apps and services does not mean that they cannot be used at all.
Using a specific method can restore most of Google’s applications and services (but not all of them) and use them in Huawei Mate 30 pro. In other words, it doesn’t matter if you buy the Chinese version of the Huawei Mate 30 pro or wait for it to be released in the West;
One important point
First of all, it is important to note: Since we intend to make major software changes in our hands-on training, you should be aware that there is a high risk. Therefore, any consequences of this will be accepted by the user and MAZHD will not accept any responsibility. We therefore recommend that you take the steps carefully and carefully to minimize the risk of any software problem, especially if you are one of those who are not familiar with software changes on phones.

Now, let’s start with the tutorials so that we can bring different apps and services to Google’s Mate family in a special way:
Learn about Google Service Assistant
The Google Service Assistant (or Chinese Language 谷歌服务助手 ) is specially designed to update Huawei Chinese phone software via Google PlayStore; it does other important work behind the scenes and ultimately helps All Android apps and Google services work well.
The translated name of this service may indicate its relationship with Google, but you should not forget that Google Service Assistant has no connection to Google itself and is not supported by the company. The application can be downloaded from the lzplay.net website. There is no official information about the creator of this app. There are no clues to its creator on the web page mentioned.
The reviews also show that there is no trace of its creator in the app’s file itself. In general, we recommend that you do not download anonymous apps from unofficial sources for security, but if you are interested in installing Google apps, you should take some risks. In any case, any consequences of installing this app will be up to the user.
Now it’s best to follow the installation steps for Huawei Mate 30 Pro carefully:
1. The first step is to download the Google Service Assistant app from the link above. To do this, open the browser app on your smartphone, log into the lzplay.net website and tap the download option. Also, when you first open the app, you need to grant it access to the phone’s internal storage.

2. Secondly, the app’s instructions are in Chinese, but the whole process of working with Google Service Assistant is straightforward. In order for this app to work properly, it needs to be turned on by the device administrator and needs your permission. Just tap on the blue option to enter the next step. Then, as Google Service Assistant plans to install Google Apps, you’ll see what it can do. If you want to install apps, tap Activate.

3. At this point you will have to wait for Google Service Assistant to download the Google Mobile Services app. In the background, Google Service Assistant will download all the prerequisites and eventually it will be playstore. When the installation process is complete, the bottom of the screen turns blue and you have to tap on it to move on to the next step.

4. Once it’s done, Google Play Protect and other services will spring to life in the background, and once things have settled down you’ll be able to sign in and use the Play Store to download all the other Google apps — things like Chrome, Google Maps and Gmail. It’s a good idea to reboot your phone before starting to use them.

5. You’ll also want to remove the Google Service Assistant app, since there’s no reason to keep it around. First, go to Settings > Security > More Settings > Device Administrators and remove its admin permissions. Then you can simply uninstall it from the launcher as normal — find it on your home screen or the app drawer, long-press, and tap “Uninstall.”

End Notes
In general, following the steps above, everything should be normal in Mate-30 Pro and the various apps and services will work well. As we said above, it is best to restart your phone before you start using Google Apps, as some of them will not allow you to sign in to Google before doing so. On the other hand, although Google Assistant Voice works (Google Assistant), it cannot be activated via a power button shortcut or the phrase “Hey Google” (there are solutions to enable these capabilities on older Huawei phones, but they don’t work on the Mite 30 pro.)
In addition, since the software on Mate 30 Pro is not officially licensed by Google, you cannot use Google Pay, and some applications that use DRM (Digital Rights Management) may not run on the device. It is not bad to know that the current version of Netflix application in PlayStation uses DRM and therefore does not run on Mate 30 Pro. Older versions of this app can, of course, be downloaded and used from other sources.

The method we introduced in this article does not completely return all the apps and services that are commonly found on Android phones, as the Mate 30 Pro software is not officially endorsed by Google. In any case, the above method is currently the best way to use Google applications on Mite 30 Pro.
